Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHCM/CSU roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay at CHCM/CSU in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
| CSU | STAFF RN – FULL-TIME, NOC SHIFT: Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of California. Ability to assess the age specific needs of the patients per unit population. BCLS required. Management Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is required within 90 days of hire.
$44.00 – 52.00 MENTAL HEALTH WORKER – FULL-TIME, NOC SHIFT: High school diploma or equivalent or experience in mental health setting preferred. Motivated to be directly involved with patients. Effective verbal and written communication in English. BCLS required. Management Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is required within 90 days of hire. $23.00 – 26.00 SOCIAL WORKER – FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT: Masters in social work or related field with social work training and experience. Maturity, flexibility, leadership qualities, professionalism, and strong clinical skills required. Weekend availability. $25.89 – 39.85 SOCIAL WORKER – WEEKEND PER DIEM (SATURDAY/SUNDAY), DAY SHIFT: Masters in social work or related field with social work training and experience.
